1) The Premium Travel Pass must be activated through phone by calling the Concierge Service within 30 days after the expedition date.

2) To validate the activation of your Premium Travel Pass you need to register your name and last name as it appears on your government ID card. A valid email address as well as a valid landline and mobile phone are required to facilitate any necessary contact with you for paperwork or details related to your reservations.

3) Every time you make a reservation and the benefit is redeemed, this is deducted from the total benefits acquired with your Premium Travel Pass until it is depleted.

4) The method to apply the discounts to the payments of hotel nights is based on calculating the fare difference that exists between the cost of lodging on the hotel’s official website and the preferential rate of Premium Travel Pass. This benefit will be deducted from the initial amount, which you have until it is depleted.

5) Premium Travel Pass gives you the option to apply the benefit through the list of Marriott hotels that will be given by the Concierge through our exclusive telephone line or via email in accordance with the options available when you make your lodging request. It is not the responsibility of Premium Travel Pass that any particular hotel be available, or not, at the time to presenting alternative accommodation following your request.

6) Your initial discounts may be applied as partial payment for reservations with an unrestricted number of nights or reservations, following the methodology detailed above in section 5.

7) The Premium Travel Pass shall be valid for one calendar year, which starts from the activation date of this document. If in that period of time you do not use the total amount issued, contact us to learn what are your available options to continue enjoying these benefits.

8) Accommodation is subject to availability and demand; and the hotel’s usage and management policies apply as established by them.

9) Full payment of stay is required at time of booking.

10) Once the reservation is guaranteed, it is under the regulations of the hotel and cancellation policies apply.

11) Premium Travel Pass are not transferable or redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

12) The benefits have no value outside of its usage in our reservation center. They are not valid for direct payment in any hotel, or any other reservation center.

International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, al ser una sociedad de naturaleza mercantil, la cual tiene por objeto social principal, brindar y/o poner a disposición de sus socios, a través de la página web www.travelaccessbenefits.com beneficios exclusivos e intransferibles del “Programa Premium Travel Pass" en sus diferentes categorías “Sapphire Premium Travel Pass”, “Emerald Premium Travel Pass” y “Diamond Premium Travel Pass”, como lo es en forma enunciativa más no limitativa, descuentos exclusivos que van desde USD$1,000.00, USD$3,000.00 y USD$5,000.00 aplicables en reservaciones de la red de hoteles de la Cadena Hotelera Marriott afiliados al programa, ya sea para viajes de placer o negocios, debiendo el socio comunicarse vía telefónica para ser atendido por un Concierge, quien resolverá cualquier consulta, brindará información, realizará la activación y reservación del servicio solicitado, por lo que será necesario solicitar datos personales:
